Description
Theater Ten Ten seeks a Musical Director for it s upcoming AEA Seasonal Showcase production, The Cradle Will Rock, by Marc Blitzstein, directed by David Fuller. Rehearsals begin January 10, evenings and weekends. Cradle runs February 12 to March 14, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Mondays at 8pm and Sundays at 3pm, with one Thursday performance in March 11 at 7pm. The Musical Director is expected to play final auditions (TBA in Nov. / Dec.) and coach rehearsals. Cradle will be performed with piano only, using Blitzstein's piano score. The Musical Director will play a full size electronic keyboard and conduct all performances, announcing the scenes a la Brecht. Flat fee stipend.
